The Allegheny County Health Department is exploring whether to expand the adolescent vaccine mandate to include the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine for all 11- and 12-year olds, as recommended by the CDC. The vaccine protects against HPVrelated cancers. It is approved for ages 9-26.

The Health Department wants to hear from the public on this important topic. Please join us on June 22nd to share your perspective on the HPV vaccine and/or HPV-related illnesses.
