Immunization Champions 2011- Practices achieving 90%-100% vaccination rates
To qualify to be an immunization champ you must receive an overall score of 90% or higher when the Vaccine for Children Quality Assurance Nurse audits your facility. To be eligible for conference recognition your facility needed to be audited between September 1, 2010 and August 26, 2011.
